Top Chef Kazu II

Chef Kazu returns for a second round of his very own “Top Chef Kazu” Black Box cooking event. With the help of friends Johnny Tran and Peter Le, Chef Kazu would have to come up with five amazing dishes (two appetizers and three main courses) without knowing what ingredients he and his team would be working with. All the ingredients were chosen by friends and anounced on the spot by Chairman Madriaga.

Appetizer 1:
Mixed Nuts, Durian, Bitter Melon, Haw Flakes, Okra.

Appetizer 2:
Wonton Wrappers, Quail Eggs, Eggplant, Mushrooms, Bacon.

Entree 1:
Naan Bread, Dill Pickles, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chicken, Beef Steak.

Entree 2:
Turkey Meat, Grape Juice, Jalapeno Chips, Mango, Corn On The Cob.

Entree 3:
Jumbo Crab, Bok Choy, Chorizo Sausage, Cow Testicales, Cow Penis, Cow Tounge.
