Chef Kazu is back at it again for the annual Top Chef Kazu black box cooking event. Things were a little different this time around as we just had four courses instead of predetermined courses such as appetizers and mains. A big special thanks to the folks at Lan’s Asian Grill who so graciously let us use the restaurant for this event!
