Top Chef Kazu III

Chef Kazu is back at it again for the annual Top Chef Kazu black box cooking event. Things were a little different this time around as we just had four courses instead of predetermined courses such as appetizers and mains. A big special thanks to the folks at Lan’s Asian Grill who so graciously let us use the restaurant for this event!

Course One:
Chicken Breasts.
Cabbage.
Cottage Cheese.
Peanut Butter And Jam.
Almonds.
Beats.
Dark Chocolate.

Course Two:
Tic Tacs (Orange Flavor).
Udon Noodles.
Bananas.
Garlic.
Garlic Sprouts.
Kiwi’s.
Sriracha.
Hi-Chew (Strawberry Flavor).
Wild Sockeye Salmon.

Course Three:
Chicken Thighs.
Pine Nuts.
King Oyster Mushrooms.
Leaks.
Kimchi.

Course Four:
Sorbet (Orange And Strawberry Flavors).
Thick Sliced Bacon.
Watermelon.
Gummy Worms.
Assorted Chocolate (Dark, Milk, Red, Blue).
