While Justin Bieber is keeping busy with the release of his second album as well as world tour, Believe, a small group of talented individuals that work closely with Justin have also been keeping busy, but with dance lessons rather than singing.
This group is none other than Justin Biebers official choreographer and dancers, Nick Demora (official choreographer), J.Blaze (Johnny Erasme), Jon Boogie (Jonathan Rabaton), and Shaun Evaristo. Oh and by dance lessons, I of course mean workshops, hosted by The Kore Dance Studio.
With a workshop at almost every stop on the tour, these guys really have their work cut out for them, especially considering that the tour is planned to hit over 80 cities in three continents. Crazy.
It was amazing watching them in action as they seemed to be on a different level.
Not only was it a great learning experience for anyone attending the workshops, it was also a good indication of work and dedication involved in becoming a full time dancer, something a lot of local dancers are aspiring to be, something we’ll get to later.
Nick Demora was last to teach during the days workshop, but it was definitely well worth the wait.
Unfortunately due to time, his class was cut a little short, but the local dancers of Edmonton were still able to learn a lot and see just why Nick is Justin Bieber’s official choreographer.
After all the workshops were done and settled, everyone was able to have a Q&A session with Bieber’s dancers. This was a great opportunity to find out what it’s like to be dancing full time, as well as the journey along the way.
Everyone has their ups and downs, and they were no exception. Sitting down with everyone, you really get a sense of just how dedicated these young men and women are, something that is definitely key regardless of what your goals are.
With many more cities left on the tour list, I’m sure that Nick, Johnny, Jonathan, and Shaun will continue to work hard and do what they do best, inspiring those around them to hopefully continue to do what they love doing, and most importantly, to not give up on your passion!
