Every now and then it’s nice to get away from it all; no electronics, no race cars, no fancy restaurants, and nothing but the stars and moon to light up the night sky. Nothing for you to do except relax and enjoy nature. This is something that I don’t get to do very often given my involvement in various events throughout the year (which isn’t a bad thing at all). Also I hate camping (but I love nature!).

Recently I got the opportunity to explore beautiful Alberta, which isn’t something I’ve ever really done despite having grown up here. I figured that this would be a good experience and a rather good way to finish off the season (oh and I was also out there shooting with simplyteee, but more on that later). This was actually a ton of fun and quite the contrast to the usual events that I shoot. Maybe I’ll start exploring like this more often…
